As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we would like to provide you with an update on our business operations.
First and foremost, please know that the health and safety of our employees, their families, our partners and you, our customer, is our top priority. As such, we are following all guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for limiting the spread of COVID-19. This includes practicing social distancing, sanitizing, limiting travel, and thanks to our technology infrastructure, transitioning some of our employees to work from home.
With that said, PlantingTree is operating under a delay. Orders will ship 7-10 days after placing order. Shipment is provided by FEDEX Home Delivery (1-5 days). Our customer service and plant experts are ready to help you should you need them. We encourage you to submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for support due to our customer service team working remotely.
We are also proud to say that our nursery remains very well stocked as PlantingTree always maintains a very large inventory in the event of hiccups in the supply chain, as many are experiencing now.
