1 to 2 Feet Trees

How Old are 1 to 2 Feet Trees?

The age varies depending on the type and variety of tree. A 1 to 2 feet tree will generally be about 1 to 2 years old.

Why Should I buy 1 to 2 Feet Trees?

1 to 2 feet trees are going to be our most affordable trees. These young trees are great for customers who are on a budget or looking for several trees for a privacy screen or a group planting.

Will My Tree be Closer to 1 Foot or 2 Feet?

Tree sizes will vary, but will always be between 1 and 2 feet tall if you order our 1 to 2 Feet size trees. We guarantee they will be at least 1 foot tall.

Measuring Tree Height in the Nursery

We measure our trees from the soil line/top of the pot to the top of the tree. We never measure from the bottom of the pot. So you will have a true 1 to 2 feet tree when you plant.

What Size Pot Will My 1 to 2 Feet Tree be in?

Most 1 to 2 feet trees are in 1 gallon pots, but some come in larger pots.

What Types of 1 to 2 Feet Trees Do You Carry?

We carry Flowering Trees, Citrus Trees, Evergreen Trees, Privacy Trees, Dwarf Trees and a couple Shade Trees in the 1 to 2 feet size.

How to Plant 1 to 2 Feet Trees

Dig a hole at least twice as wide as the existing pot and the same depth. Place your tree evenly in the hole. Be sure the top of the root ball is slightly higher than your existing soil line and backfill with the soil you dug out. If your soil is nutrient weak or heavy clay, you can mix in a potting mix up to 50% of the backfill. Water deeply until the water begins to pool on the surface.  We recommend mulching your new tree to help retain moisture (and reduce watering needs), keep competing weeds at bay, and protect the roots.
