How To Care
The best time to prune your Clematis Happy Jack is in the springtime. Pruning back to about 2ft. to promote new growth is encouraged. Clematis are vigorous, disease resistant growers and therefore should be watered 1" per week.
Clematis are not generally drought tolerant so be sure to protect the base and root system with partial shade or even a light layer of mulch. Clematis Happy Jack loves sunlight and the blooms benefit from having full sun exposure for optimal growth and flower color.
