When to Use Lesco Lawn Products
Lesco Grass Seed
Plant cool season grasses in fall for best results. Shady Select Seed Mix, All Pro Transition Seed Blend, and Tall Fescue Select Seed Blend should be planted when soil temperatures are between 50 to 75 degrees. Spring is also a great time to seed cool-season lawns.
Overseed northern lawns with cool-season grasses like the ones mentioned above from late summer into fall and in spring. Overseed southern lawns with a cool-season grass, like Double Eagle Select Perennial Ryegrass in fall.
Lesco Lawn Fertilizer
Use Lesco Starter Fertilizer(18-24-12) when you seed or sod a new lawn and overseed or aerate an existing lawn. The ideal times for these lawn chores are spring and fall.
Lesco 32-0-8 Turf Fertilizer is a high nitrogen lawn fertilizer. Apply in November to December for tall fescue lawns and May to June for warm season grasses.

Use Weed and Feed to fertilize your lawn and eliminate weeds in one step. Apply this Lesco lawn product when weeds are actively growing in spring and early fall.

Lesco Prosecutor ProLong provides a full season of weed control for tough weeds, grasses, and brush. Use this product when weeds are growing vigorously for best results. Ideal for use on driveways, patios, gravel beds, and other areas where no vegetation is desired.
